Rassland Warranty and Return PolicyWarranty Rassland Bath Supplies Inc. will provide 1 year
warranty for all Rassland's products and 2 years warranty for the hardware
related to our products from the date of purchase with the proof of original
invoices and the manufacturer has the replacement parts for the product, given
that the product has not been modified, improper installed or subjected to
abnormal wear or abuse, and it has been determined that the problem is the
result of a manufacturing error or defect. All labor and installation
charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will not be
liable for shipping charges or manufacturing delays. The warranty does not
cover costs due to damages caused by faulty products.
All warranty claims must submit to Rassland's Customer Service Department. Rassland will strive to make sure appropriate follow up arrangements. Should you require assistance with service, missing parts or additional instructions during installation, please contact Rassland's Customer Service Department. Delivery All in-stock products are usually shipped within 48 hours. Non-stock products may take up to 8 weeks to ship from the order date. Rassland will notify the customer if a particular non-stock product has longer delivery lead time. Delivery Inspection Please check all packages for shipping damage upon receipt of delivery, even if you do not plan on installing the product immediately. Be sure to note any damage on the shipping company's receipt and contact us by phone (905-940-9668) or e-mail (info@rassland.ca). If you sign for delivery and accept a shipment, we will not be held responsible for shipping damages. Please note that a shipping damaged product may not be exchanged for a different item. Return of Defective or Erroneously Shipped Items In the event that you receive the wrong product or a
defective product, please contact us by phone (905-940-9668) or e-mail
(info@rassland.ca) to request a Return Authorization Number (RA) and arrange
for return shipment. Rassland will pay all return shipping costs and ship an
identical replacement to you at no extra charge. Please retain all packaging
material for return shipment or freight carrier inspection. Please note that a
defective or wrong product may not be exchanged for a different item. If you have any questions regarding your delivery,

Return Subject to Charges If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and the product(s) are not damaged or defective, please contact us by phone (905-940-9668) or by e-mail (info@rassland.ca) within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization Number (RA) and a return shipping address. Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging and in 100% sellable condition for credit to be issued. Credit will be issued for the full price of the product minus a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We will attempt to assist you in identifying a carrier for returns; however Rassland will not be responsible for any returned items that have been lost in shipment. PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept returns on any Special Order products, Clearance items, or products that have been installed. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Return Lead Time Please allow 30 days from the time you return your package for the products to be exchanged or for your account to be fully credited. Rassland can not guarantee a refund on products returned without an RA number or without their original packaging. Change of Policy The above warranty and return policy may be changed from time to time without prior notice. |
